RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every ESER creation is handcrafted, hand-stitched, and produced in extremely limited quantities. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, each piece may feature unique characteristics that contribute to its individuality and authenticity.

We do not offer refunds on any products purchased through our website.

We offer exchanges within 5 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Customers may choose:

• An alternate product of equal or higher value (with any price difference payable by the customer).
• A store credit note redeemable against a future purchase.

To initiate an exchange request, please contact us at eserwear@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Items returned without prior approval from ESER will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition:

• Unused and unworn.
• Unaltered, undamaged, unstained, or resized.
• With all original tags attached.
• In its original packaging.

Any product showing signs of use, wear, alteration, damage, washing, dyeing, resizing, replacement, or tampering will not qualify for exchange and will be returned to the customer.

Return Shipping

Once your exchange request has been approved, you must share the shipment tracking details with us and ensure that the item reaches us within the specified return window.

Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt, all returned products undergo a quality inspection.

If the item passes inspection and meets all exchange requirements, ESER will either:

• Issue the requested store credit note; or
• Dispatch the replacement product selected by the customer.

Please allow approximately 10–15 business days from the date we receive the returned item for inspection and processing.

Final Exchange Policy

Products exchanged once are not eligible for a second exchange, return, refund, or store credit.
