Returns
Each creation by Eser is handcrafted, hand stitched, unique and the only piece in the world. Needless to say, it will make you unique as well. We take a lot of time, care and love to create these individual creations. We work with some of the most talented artists works who use centuries-old craft and learnings to create each piece.
We do not provide refund on any product sold. You can exchange the product within 5 days of receiving the product. You can choose an alternate piece from our website, pay the difference OR take a credit note. Please get in touch with us at eserwear@gmail.com if you have any queries. The product must be returned to us within 5 days of you receiving the product or else the product will be considered as used and we will not be entitled to exchange or give you a credit note.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with the return shipping label. The product cannot be used, worn, altered, resized, dyed, damaged, stained, or be replaced with another item. If the product is found to be in any of the aforementioned conditions, the product will be considered to be sold.
The buyer will share the shipping details, and tracking number if and when they return the product to us along with a valid reason. The charges for the return shipping will be entirely borne by the buyer.
Once we receive the product, and do an inspection of the returned item and find that it is satisfactory and not damaged, altered, dyed, used, worn, exchanged or resized, we will initiate the process of issuing the credit note or shipping the alternate product chosen by the buyer. This process will take 10 – 15 days from the time we receive the product.
Once the exchange product is shipped there will be no more exchanges.
